  • Property health scores are estimates based on maintenance completion
  • Scores do not reflect actual property condition or value
  • Professional inspections may reveal issues not captured by our scoring system

6. User Content and Conduct

  • You retain ownership of photos, documents, and other content you upload
  • You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide services

  • You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights

ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE

  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Upkeeply reserves the sole discretion to approve any refunds on a case-by-case basis

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination

8.4 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

  • Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

  • No partial refunds will be provided for early cancellation

  • Weather data accuracy is not guaranteed
  • Weather service availability may vary by location

9.2 Cloud Storage

  • The App uses Firebase (Google) for data storage and synchronization
  • Your use of these services is also subject to Google's terms of service

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
  • Upon deletion, your data will be removed according to our privacy policy

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

11.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
